In the face of frequent snowstorms, freeze-thaw cycles and snowmelting agent corrosion in Russian-speaking regions, the stability of PV mounting systems directly determines the life of the power station. Our PV mounting system products are specially designed for extreme working conditions. With their excellent cold and corrosion resistance, they have become a solid backing for photovoltaic projects in Russian-speaking regions.
The product uses high-strength anti-freeze galvanized steel and 80μm thickened zinc, aluminum and magnesium coating, which improves the corrosion resistance by 5 times and is not afraid of acid snow and snow melting agents. The unique triangular mechanical support structure can easily withstand heavy snow cover and strong winds. In view of the short construction window period in the Russian-speaking region, we innovatively adopted a fully pre-assembled and snap-on connection design, which eliminates the need for on-site welding and greatly shortens the outdoor operation time in severe cold weather.
In addition, for frozen areas, our flexible adaptive brackets can effectively absorb foundation frost heave stress, and flexibly adjust the angle to maximize the capture of low-angle winter sunlight, significantly improving power generation efficiency. At present, this product has been successfully used in many large-scale photovoltaic projects in Russian-speaking regions and has withstood the test of time.
