Innovative Casing Structure with Superior Performance
1.Higher Strength, Lower Air Leakage
2.Triple Protection, Saying "No" to Thermal Bridges
3.First Protection: PE insulation material is adhered to the inner side of the metal inner panel to isolate the transfer of cold and heat.
4.Second Protection: PVC plastic thermal insulation profiles are used to bridge between the metal inner panel and surface aluminum profiles, isolating the transfer of cold and heat.
5.Third Protection: 245fa environmentally friendly foaming material is filled between the metal inner panel and metal panel, surface aluminum profiles, with a foaming density of 50kg/m3.
6.Through triple insulation of plastic parts, PE gasket insulation and foam insulation layer, the thermal bridge factor reaches up to 0.88, achieving the highest level TB1 of EN1886 standard.
